THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
The board will ratify a letter of support for Carroll Township Authority’s application to the Appalachian Regional Commission’s POWER Initiative for a sanitary sewer line extension. This signals a planned sewer expansion project contingent on regional grant funding. Engineering, design, and construction firms should track the grant outcome; if funded, a multi-year utility project will need full design, permitting, and build-out.
Project depends on Appalachian Regional Commission POWER Initiative grant; scope is sanitary sewer line extension.
