From the meeting
The board was set to consider a bridge replacement plan on Dry Hollow Road. The item signals an infrastructure need, but the agenda does not name a contractor, cost, or funding source. A seller should treat this as early planning around a future replacement project and watch for budget, design, or procurement next steps.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
