From the meeting
The board was set to authorize submission of a grant application to the Northern Border Regional Commission 2026 catalyst grant program for Cascade Acres water and wastewater improvements. The agenda shows the town was still at the application stage, so no award had been made yet. This is a live grant-funded infrastructure opportunity with a defined project name.
