From the meeting
The board was scheduled to enter into a memorandum of understanding with Special Agency MV Learning, LLC for the McKinney-Vento Education of Homeless Children and Youth Program. The item was year 2 of 3, so the relationship was already underway and had a defined remaining term. That makes the provider and program ownership clear for follow-on service, compliance, or related support conversations.
