From the meeting
Bergen County Special Services School District received a proposal from Di Cara | Rubino Architects for exterior facade improvements at the Adult and Continuing Education Center. The scope includes renovation and a small addition, plus framing, stucco, panels, window replacement, roofing, new entry stairs and ramp, and sitework. The proposal totals $83,000, with reimbursables capped at $10,000.
It also indicates the project will use a preapproved state vendor, so the decision is already moving into design and contract administration.
