From the meeting
The board was scheduled to authorize the RIC ONE Risk Operations Center (ROC) and its attorneys to negotiate Data Privacy Agreements with vendors and third-party contractors for 2026-2027. The resolution says the district participates through its Regional Information Center and that the agreements are for final execution. This is follow-on contract administration around software and data privacy, with ongoing vendor agreement work tied to Ed Law 2d compliance.
