From the meeting
The board proposed creating one new full-time, 12-month Director of Technology position and eliminating the Director of Computer Operations role when J. Nevinger retires. That staffing change signals a possible shift in how the district will handle technology planning, support, and procurement.
A new technology leader often changes vendor priorities and implementation timing, especially with campus IT work already listed in the capital project scope.
