From the meeting
The board listed service to office condos property on Cypresswood and access to the Water Plant under the engineer's report. The notice does not say whether this is a new connection, access agreement, or design issue, but it flags a site-specific utility service matter connected to plant access. That can lead to engineering, access control, or infrastructure coordination work if the board moves forward.
