From the meeting
The board discussed upgrades to landscaping and security fencing at the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and may authorize action as needed. The item names a concrete site improvement need, but the agenda does not show a selected vendor or approved contract. This is an early signal for fencing, site work, and related facility improvements.
A seller should watch for scope definition and whether the district seeks quotes or board authorization next.
