From the meeting
The board discussed creating a memorial garden or park near the town hall with a bench and stone to honor veterans, EMT, fire department workers, and Border Patrol. The bench was estimated at $700 plus a stone cross, and a small committee was formed to research it. This is an early planning signal with a low-cost but defined public-space improvement concept.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
