From the meeting
The Board approved FPM's additional services fee for construction documents for the Cooling Central Plant Replacement and HVAC System Retro-Commissioning. The approved increase was $174,400, and the proposal was signed by Board President Chuck Jettmar and FPM's Christopher Schwarz. This is an awarded follow-on engineering scope tied to a major building systems project, so the remaining sales value is in implementation support and any later construction-phase work.
