From the meeting
The BCHS golf team requested approval for an overnight field trip to The Federal Golf Club in Glen Allen for the Korn Ferry Championships on October 10-11, 2026. The trip includes 4 hotel rooms, with one lodging option at $240 per room and another at $207 per room; a quote from Homestead was still pending. This is a small, time-bound travel purchase, but the only outside vendors named are hotels and transportation is listed as BCPS busing upon approval.
