From the meeting
The August 26, 2026 update described the Angeles Crest Highway at Green Lane Traffic Signal project (CIP 31-2605). After a 2025 town hall with Caltrans, staff said residents preferred traffic signals along ACH to reduce speeding. Willdan Engineering prepared a traffic signal warrant study for $7,600, and the completed study concluded that a signal is warranted at Green Lane.
The study was submitted to Caltrans for review and Caltrans asked the city to study a roundabout as well; staff was preparing a response.
