From the meeting
At its November 5, 2026 meeting, the Design Commission approved Design Review (DEV-2026-0063) for a new wall sign at 1369 Foothill Boulevard for La Cañada Health Center. The sign would use brushed aluminum Futura Medium letters with clear acrylic backing and reverse channel lighting, and the resolution also prohibited internal illumination. The attached lighting notes said the sign illumination would be dimmed and, during winter months, would operate only from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The approval was subject to conditions of approval in Resolution No. 26-xx.
