From the meeting
The agenda included three Universal Pre-K items: The Crime Victims Center Parents for Megan's Law program, the Long Island Science Center program, and a Two Sunflowers, LLC on-demand video UPK training proposal. The Long Island Science Center program was explicitly tied to the Universal Pre-Kindergarten grant. These were scheduled for board approval, so the opportunity is in grant-funded early childhood programming and training delivery.
A vendor would want to follow the grant-supported UPK pipeline and related program renewals.
