From the meeting
Students who do not meet grade-level standards will be required to attend SBECA's Summer Academy to continue working toward promotion. The principal makes final promotion determinations, and families are notified when a student is in Promotion in Doubt status. This is not a procurement, but it shows an ongoing instructional intervention and summer programming need.
Any staffing or tutoring support would attach to this academic remediation cycle.
