From the meeting
Pilot Point ISD said plans were underway to enhance and expand the yearly College and Career Fair through its partnership with Pilot Point Works. The goal was to reach more secondary students and include parents and families. This is an outreach and program-growth signal rather than a procurement, but it shows an active partnership that could support future event, training, or student-engagement services.

A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
