From the meeting
On September 14, 2026 the council adopted a resolution for the EC Ball Fields Project Organization and the women's softball field renovation project at Stiefel Park. The borough accepted the donation of improvements, said it is not a party to the construction contract, and will expend no public funds. This is not a borough-funded award, but it confirms the project is moving ahead with outside sponsorship and may create follow-on needs for field materials, amenities, or maintenance coordination.
