From the meeting
Jim Ellis reported that the town submitted its SMIP grant application on July 31, 2026. The grant ties back to the Honest Brook culvert work discussed in the highway report. The town is still in a funding-dependent stage, so vendors for drainage, excavation, or rental equipment should watch for the grant outcome and any downstream project scope.
