From the meeting
In the November 2026 update, staff said the City of Bend had provided 90% design documents for the Riverfront Street Deschutes River Trail Improvements. The design uses a one-way street approach with a 10-foot-wide concrete trail in lieu of sidewalk throughout the corridor, and district staff reviewed and approved the designs. 100% designs were expected in the coming weeks.
The project is part of the 2023 intergovernmental agreement led by the City of Bend and supported by BPRD.
