From the meeting
CPSM recommended that Bethlehem Fire, Bethlehem EMS, and the Northampton County Emergency Communications Center work together so EMS calls are correctly classified and dispatched immediately. The report tied slower dispatch times to the 2019 move to county dispatch. This is an operational improvement item that may lead to software, workflow, or training follow-up.
