From the meeting
Council discussed removing mildew-prone bushes at the Moyer Park gazebo and possibly pressure washing the structure. Members also raised replacing the bushes with perennials or hanging baskets, and a few volunteered to inspect the site and decide whether the bushes should be trimmed or removed. The scope is still being shaped, so this remains an open planning item.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
