From the meeting
Columbia County scheduled a donation item for the Freedom Monument site development at Olustee Park. The source says the City of Lake City and Columbia County had discussed locating the monuments there and both parties would contribute funds toward the site. This is a public-facing site-development concept rather than a formal procurement, but it does point to future park/site work.
