From the meeting
At this July 2026 retreat, the Finance, Performance, and Accountability Committee said it was beginning its annual review of capital construction and information technology requests. Executive Director Holston also said staff were implementing the FY 2027 budget and developing the FY 2028 budget request. This is an open planning signal for future higher education capital and IT priorities, not a procurement award.
