From the meeting
At the September 25, 2026 meeting, the committee discussed apparatus bay ventilation and the fire station roof/HVAC issues. Shovan contacted Carrier and will follow up with Pat Zorn and/or Brian Feldmann so Carrier can come take a look. This is still in the assessment stage, and the next step is a site review and quote for possible repair or replacement work.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
