From the meeting
At the September 14, 2026 meeting, council approved CDBG-DR Hometown Revitalization Change Order No. 2 to remove lighting and include an additional sidewalk. Noah Byler said the changes stayed within available grant funding.
The item shows the city is still adjusting a grant-funded public works scope, which can create follow-on construction or design work.
