From the meeting
At the September 11, 2026 meeting, staff said AT&T was exploring fiber installation down the south side of Camino Del Mar and was open to discussing a one-time fee instead of an annual license fee. Mr. Day, AT&T Network Engineer, attended and said AT&T was checking conduit capacity.
The item was scheduled for the next agenda to discuss the fee further. This is a real telecom right-of-way negotiation with an identified carrier and route.

Questions about this project
What is a pre-RFP?
A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
When will Dunes Community Development District issue an RFP for this project?
Pre-RFPs typically surface 6–18 months before a formal solicitation is published. Civic IQ tracks Dunes Community Development District's meeting records, agendas, and budgets continuously and updates this pre-RFP as the project moves through the buying cycle toward an RFP.
How can vendors engage with Dunes Community Development District before the RFP is published?
