From the meeting
At the October 7, 2026 CRA meeting, Commissioner Paris asked staff to bring back alternative parking standards, and Commissioner Cantu asked for a workshop at the beginning of the year. City Manager Deric C. Feacher said prior discussions had not produced consensus, and the chair noted the presentation would return in January.
This is a policy-shaping signal, not a procurement award, but it points to possible future parking-related code, planning, or traffic support work.
