From the meeting
At the October 22, 2026 meeting, staff said the Legacy Woods nature trails were installed and construction of the stormwater wetland project was underway. The nature playscape remained in design, with construction expected to begin in early spring 2027. Staff also planned to submit a Community Attraction and Tourism Grant application for the pavilion and playscape, which is a funding trigger vendors should watch.
