From the meeting
At the August 5, 2026 workshop, Crossroads was said to be willing to donate land to the city for a new wastewater treatment plant PID. No award or acquisition was recorded, but the land offer is a concrete site-development trigger for a future plant project. The practical next step is likely city evaluation of the site and plant concept.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
