From the meeting
At the August 4, 2026 work session, W. Devers said the borough wants to use the senior building as a rental space for small gatherings of up to 50 people and would like cleaning equipment so the building can be cleaned and ready by fall. He also said a contract will have to be signed and the Rec Committee will handle opening and closing.
This is an open planning signal for facilities support and possible service purchases.
