From the meeting

At its September 9, 2026 meeting the board authorized the chair to execute a new agreement with Community Association and Lifestyle Management III, LLC for amenity management and field operations services, subject to later ratification. The agreement separated those services from the existing GMS arrangement while keeping the same personnel, scope, fees, insurance requirements, and other material terms. It runs from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 and provides $139,860 per year for facility management and field operations management, plus up to $15,000 annually for facility attendant services and hourly rates for maintenance and repair work.

GMS-NF acknowledged that these services would cease effective September 30, 2026.
