At its September 15, 2026 meeting, the Commission approved in principle the development of two rugby sized fields in the Valley Rugby Union revised proposal. It also approved VRU, in coordination with Village staff, to proceed with preliminary site prep and grading on field one for fall 2026. Staff were directed to work with VRU on a long-term agreement and on phasing field two and beyond.
