From the meeting
At its October 7, 2026 meeting, the council approved a purchase from Facility Solutions Group for solar street lights on Memorial Drive between Standridge Drive and FM 423. The amount was $289,465, using BuyBoard contract 711-23. Because the work includes purchase and installation, the project has moved into delivery rather than planning.
The vendor now has a clear follow-on role for installation support and any related maintenance questions.
