From the meeting
At its October 6, 2026 memorandum, John C. Stults II, Executive Director of Student Services, recommended adding two 1 on 1 teaching assistants at Robertsville Middle School for two students with significant individual needs. The IEP teams had determined the assistants were the most appropriate next step for the students to access their curriculum.
The additional TA positions had already been placed in the students' IEPs and would spend the entire day with the students. The positions would be paid from General Purpose with full reimbursement requested at the end of the school year through the state's high-cost reimbursement program.
