From the meeting
At its October 26, 2026 meeting the board adopted Resolution 2026-69 to temporarily close Cedar Avenue from County Route B35 (235th Street) north to its terminus near Clear Lake, also known as Farmer's Beach. The closure was needed because the Clear Lake Sanitary District was replacing pumps and base elbows at Lift Station #3 and had to bypass wastewater flow with semi-tankers. The resolution authorized the County Engineer to close the road for up to two days starting October 26, 2026.
