From the meeting

At its October 22, 2026 meeting the Troy City Council authorized an agreement with Landscape Structures, Inc. and Parkitects, Inc. for the Frear Park Ice Rink Playground.

The package covers playground features, surfacing, aquatic features, site furnishings, and installation through Sourcewell Contract No. 101625-LSI. 16 and the council said funding was already approved.

The work is now in award/implementation, so the useful follow-on is installation, closeout, and any future park expansion or maintenance needs.
