From the meeting

At its October 15, 2026 meeting the Infrastructure Committee received an update on Title 22 approval for wastewater treatment plant effluent reuse. Staff said it had recently purchased and installed a Halogen chlorine analyzer, but it was not suitable for the District's application and was not providing readings consistent with the benchtop analyzer. Halogen identified an alternative analyzer and agreed to accept the return of the existing equipment toward the purchase of the replacement, with an estimated additional cost of about $2,400.

Staff intended to proceed once authorized.
