From the meeting
At its October 1, 2026 amendment, the city updated the 2026-2027 master fee schedule for water, sewer, tap, reconnect, deposit, and bulk water charges. Several utility fees were also tied to market costs to be set by the City Manager for larger taps and sewer work. This matters for utility billing systems, rate administration, and any vendor supporting meter, billing, or customer-service operations.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
