From the meeting
At its July 6, 2026 meeting, the village authorized applications for the 2027 Community Development Block Grant and the 2027 Community Development Supplemental Grant through Cuyahoga County. These are future-year grant pursuits, so the commercial signal is pre-award planning tied to neighborhood and capital projects. Sellers should watch for what work gets funded after the county review.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
