From the meeting
At its August 3, 2026 meeting, Mr. Miller updated the board on efforts to rescope the existing Local Share Account grant to fund demolition and site preparation of the former commercial property acquired by Moon Township near Marketplace Boulevard. Representative Valerie Gaydos' office reviewed a draft joint support letter and indicated support for the proposed rescope, and the letter was to be sent to Senator Devlin Robinson's office for consideration before a formal request to the Commonwealth Financing Authority.
The grant rescope was still pending.
