From the meeting
At its August 26, 2026 meeting, the board approved Trafera for Promethean boards and AIS for Chromebooks after CDW-G failed to deliver on the prior Board-approved purchase orders. New quotes were obtained for BuffSci I and BuffSci II, with a modest cost increase from the original pricing. Open quantity questions for BuffSci II Chromebooks were expected to come back in September if more approval was needed.
