From the meeting
At its August 24, 2026 meeting, the board approved use of Village property for filming of 'The God of the Woods' on 9/9/26, with a rain date of 9/8/26. The approval was contingent on the mayor, police chief, and DPW superintendent, and Chief Rich said he needed to meet quickly on logistics, detours, and additional police personnel. This is selected work with immediate operational follow-on for traffic control and site coordination.
