From the meeting
At its August 19, 2026 meeting the board approved a revised scope of services and authorized staff to issue a request for proposals for stormwater maintenance services. The revised scope called for pond inspections at least twice per month, water quality observations, trash and debris removal, and reporting. Proposals were planned for the September meeting.
This is an active rebid for routine pond maintenance across the district.
