From the meeting

At its August 18, 2026 meeting staff said UDOT had contacted the city about extending the culvert in front of Little Leapers Daycare. The city preferred to piggyback on the state's project and have the state's contractor complete the added work with reimbursement, but the arrangement was still being worked out. This is a live coordination item with a possible reimbursable construction component, not yet a decided award.

The next step was Scott Goodwin discussing options with his supervisor.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
