From the meeting
At its August 18, 2026 meeting staff reported renewed settling and possible water intrusion at the Senior Citizens Center. Ben Stewart said crews had not found a leak and were still trying to locate plans so the building layout could be traced. Mayor Davis said Ben Coray would likely bring a structural engineer to help figure out the cause and a repair plan.
This is an active facilities problem with likely engineering and repair follow-on work.
