From the meeting
Andy Doell said Bloomfield does not currently have an in-house CTE pathway. He said the district was working with Eric, Amy, Greg, and the technology department to build a course sequence with job shadowing and career exploration, and that it will likely need to hire a work-based learning coordinator. The Board discussed visiting Penn Yan or Seneca Falls and possibly inviting a coordinator to a board meeting to learn from their program.
The item was discussed, with the staffing need still open.
