District Considers Maintenance Agreement with HOA

Commences upon execution in 2026 and continues through September 30, 2026, with automatic annual renewals thereafter unless terminated.

Initial term runs through September 30, 2026, after which the agreement automatically renews for successive one-year periods unless either party terminates with at least 60 days written notice. Upon termination, the Association must fund interim maintenance until the District’s next budget cycle.
