Brownfields Sub-Grant Sought for Fair Tide Cleanup

SMPDC’s Executive Committee is asked to approve an EPA Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund sub-grant of up to $500,000 to Fair Tide for environmental cleanup at 42-44 Old Post Road in Kittery. The funding would support redevelopment of the contaminated site into 12 units of deeply affordable permanent housing for homeless individuals and families.
