IWRB backs Palouse Basin pipeline feasibility

The Idaho Water Resource Board has obligated $5M toward the Palouse Basin Aquifer Committee’s $73M pipeline project to bring Clearwater River water to Moscow. A feasibility study running from 2025 to 2027 will guide the project, which is intended to lessen dependence on the stressed Palouse Basin Aquifer.
